A breathless woman

A 28 year old otherwise well and healthy woman who is a non smoker and is on no medication at all (she is also not taking any contraceptives) presents to you with a sudden onset, over the last 24 hours-of left sided pleuritic chest pain. There is also some significant though mild breathlessness. She has no history of any chest problems, never used inhalers and on examination you find no abnormality at all, apart from being mildly breathless at rest. She is also apyrexial. Which of the following statements is the least reasonable course of action?
